I was on the fence for a couple of years – downloading and deleting the app. It has been over five weeks since I made the commitment and I have no idea why I waited so long. Worth every penny. I had been using a different app for some 5+ years but have seen more progress with Dean’s guidance in these 5 weeks than in all those previous years. His clarity and thoroughness in his instructions make everything so clear in all the poses. Cannot recommend this enough!

The programs offer position variations that help older men like me approach yoga with excitement despite having reduced flexibility. The platform is supportive and inclusive, and that is giving me the support to develop a sustainable daily practice.

Being a guy it’s so hard to find classes that give my pace of instruction. Dean is great at giving different options for poses and my hips are doing much better since starting. Definitely recommend this.
