To learn how you’re holding yourself back, and to do the personal work that’s required to grow…
So that you can start living a life focused on longevity, authenticity, and the kind of joy only realized through being who you truly desire to be.
Fly into warm Austin, Texas, at the perfect time of year. You’ll find yourself at a serene, peaceful mansion in Central Texas Hill Country, complete with pool, hot tub, firepits, and beautiful common areas designed to help you unplug from the stresses of everyday life, check in with yourself and what you really want, and connect with other men within the Man Flow Yoga Community.
This self-improvement experience might not be what you’re used to. We’re not going to be relying on coffee and willpower to make change.
Instead, we’ll focus on releasing the restrictions you’ve placed upon yourself that are holding you back.
We’ll help you understand the subconscious ways you’re preventing yourself from being who you truly want to be. This change is more about leading into your authenticity than motivational strategies…
Experience the taste of locally and
responsibly sourced meals from our
onsite private Chefs. Every one of your
meals is cooked by a professional catering
staff on site. These are healthy meals, using organic ingredients to give you energy without
dragging you down.
Our mornings will start with a light morning yoga & mindfulness session to ease your body open with a combination of strength and flexibility.
You’ll practice awareness of your body and your breathing, and prepare yourself both mentally and physically for the day ahead.
We’ll follow that up with a delicious breakfast cooked by our on-site caterer, prepared with all dietary restrictions in mind.
Then, we’ll wrap up the morning with a presentation and discussion on a topic to help you create meaningful change in your life as you delve deeper into self-discovery.
We’ll kick off our afternoons with a yoga workshop to go deeper into proper technique, appropriate variations of poses for various skill levels, and greater understanding of how to improve your overall yoga practice.
These workshops will give you an experience that’s different from what you’ll typically get in your Man Flow Yoga follow-along videos, and also include a Q&A component so you can get your questions answered by Dean in-person
Our on-site chefs will then make us lunch and we’ll spend some time consolidating what we’ve learned in the morning, connecting with other guests, or just relax and have some down time.
This is a retreat, and we want to provide you with ample time to take care of your own physical, mental and emotional needs over the course of this 5-day weekend.
There will also be optional group activities you can participate in during this time, such as a fitness demonstration by NeuFit, a non-yoga exercise tutorial or an opportunity to do cold water immersion.
In the evening we’ll have our second presentation & discussion of the day. Much like the morning sessions we’ll cover a topic on being the best version of yourself, and interact in a small group setting to create connection, share experiences, and break through your own subconscious barriers.
Right before dinner you’ll get your sweat on with another yoga workout to help you build strength, increase your flexibility, and improve your overall yoga practice.
Next is dinner.
Then we’ll sit around the campfire, take a dip in the pool, or take some time to yourself.
This is your chance to process the events of the day, to reflect on your own personal goals, and connect with other Members of the Man Flow Yoga Community.
With expert speakers and intimate group discussions, you’ll break through the barriers that have been holding you back – whether you realize it or not – and learn real, tangible strategies to implement the changes you need to make.
You’ll also discover how to break through the noise and listen to the only voice that matters – YOURS.
And you’ll do that in a small, intimate group setting of other men going through many of the same struggles you are going through yourself.
