At the end of this call, you’ll have a minimum 1-month plan in place to address your goals and follow a plan with confidence.
This can include, but is not limited to:

- Getting rid of aches or pain
- Coming up with a plan on how to integrate Man Flow Yoga with your other workouts
- Creating a custom program based on your goals, availability, and yoga experience
- Discussing strategies on how to be more consistent with your workouts
- Helping out with motivation for workouts
- Creating healthy habits; getting rid of bad habits
This 20-minute is a one-time cost of just $79. There is no required minimum number of sessions, and most people will probably be fine with just one call.
