Need help coming up with a training plan specific to your fitness goals? Maybe you feel overwhelmed by all of the different workout choices, and you just need some overall direction. If you want to get the most out of your time spent exercising, to work more quickly toward your fitness goals of establishing a healthy lifestyle, getting rid of recurring pain or discomfort, and fit it into your existing schedule in a way that makes sense, then you should let me create a customized training plan for you.

The 5 Most Common Situations A Customized Training Plan Is Helpful:

Why should you sign up for a Customized Training Plan? The main struggles I tend to see within the Man Flow Yoga Community come down to following 5 situations:

  1. Not being sure which workouts or programs are the best for you, and being concerned that you’re not making the best use of your time.
  2. Working around previous injuries or recurring pain and discomfort; determining the workouts that are safe for your body so you can get stronger without making your body worse.
  3. Figuring out how Man Flow Yoga fits into your existing weekly workout routine, and how to balance the physical activities you enjoy doing with the appropriate amount of yoga (and WHEN to do that)
  4. Lack of overall motivation or not knowing where to start, and feeling overwhelmed about making the changes that go into living a healthier lifestyle.
  5. Frustration with overall fitness progress, not seeing the improvements you want to see in your flexibility, overall strength, or your weight.

Your situation is unique, and that means creating a unique plan. There are a ton of workouts and programs in the MFY Members’ Area, and while that variety is great, it can be overwhelming trying to sort through it all and figure out what’s best for you.

Having a customized training program allows you to get the training plan you need to work more quickly toward your goals, in a way that’s as effective as possible and fits your availability and motivation level.

Even better, the plans that I create usually include more than yoga. Non-yoga exercises and lifestyle change – what you regularly do on a daily basis – are also important components of working toward your fitness goals, and these are also part of the customized training programs that I create.

Stop wasting time trying to figure out the most appropriate programs or workouts for you. Avoid wasting time on workouts that don’t directly support your fitness goals. Understand the habits you might not be aware of that are holding you back from reaching your fitness goals (very often many of the habits we THINK are healthy are actually what’s hurting us!)

Create a program that works for your fitness level, your availability, and your motivation level.  When I give you your plan, I want you to look at it and say “yes, this is 100% manageable and I am motivated to do this.” Because that’s the only way it’s going to stick. This isn’t about solving all of your problems immediately – it’s about getting you on the right track, building consistency in the right habits that are going to create a life that is not just healthy, but also enjoyable and sustainable!

Signing up for a Customized Training Plan is a one-time investment. You don’t have to sign up for a multi-month commitment. One appointment will give you a customized training plan for at least 1 month (or more, depending on where you are in your fitness journey). If you’d like to sign up for another plan in the future, you can do that whenever you’d like (as long as this program is still running).
