- Learn the best movements to counter sitting and inactivity (yoga AND non-yoga exercises!)

- Increase your ACTIVE range of motion and learn the difference between flexibility & mobility
This 90-minute workshop is $20 for existing Members of the Man Flow Yoga Members’ Area, and $30 for non-Members.
