During this intense, 90-minute workshop you can expect to:
- Practice exercises to strengthen your hips, core & upper-back
- Learn the best movements to counter sitting and inactivity (yoga AND non-yoga exercises!)
- Build muscle activation in muscles that commonly lack muscle activation (glutes, core, hips, scapular stabilizers
- Increase your overall strength potential for all of your other workouts
- Increase your ACTIVE range of motion and learn the difference between flexibility & mobility
This 90-minute workshop is $20 for existing Members of the Man Flow Yoga Members’ Area, and $30 for non-Members.
