    Thanks Dean, I really appreciate you sharing these yoga minis. I plan on adding a couple of them to help my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Once again, thanks.

    1. For rotator cuff surgery you want to work on strengthening your upper-back. Pulling exercises, not pushing exercises. Some of these will be useful, most won’t. Yoga isn’t great for recovering from rotator cuff injuries, it’s better to do light resistance training with bands or other physical therapy exercises.
