Welcome to the Be The Better You Retreat from Man Flow Yoga, where we have created a 4-day experience to help you unlock your wellness as a whole. Learn strategies from experts, have real heart-to-hearts with other men, and do the work that leads to significant changes to your health and well-being.
This four-day immersive experience aims to work on every aspect of your wellness. This isn’t just about the physical. It’s a holistic approach that delves into self-discovery, mental and emotional well-being, motivation, and accountability. We’ll even explore non-traditional avenues of wellness.
We’ll uncover our shared desire for total wellness and in the process learn practices for physical, mental, and emotional harmony. We’ll share in deep discussion with other men on this journey and chat directly with Dean about his personal wellness tools and tactics.

Experience the taste of locally and responsibly sourced
meals from our onsite private Chefs. Every meal will be
crafted according to dietary needs using organic and fresh
ingredients. You’ll have full access to our Chefs to watch
them prepare meals and learn how you can bring healthy
and sustainable meals to your own table.

Dive headfirst into your first day of retreat with Man Flow Yoga, marking the beginning of your transformative journey. Day one is wholly dedicated to self-discovery, an opportunity for introspection, understanding your motivations, passions, and elements that define your unique individuality. Through immersive yoga practices and mindful reflection sessions, uncover the layers of your being, fostering a deeper connection with your authentic self.
On day 2 we transition into a focus on cultivating mental resilience and emotional harmony. Utilizing a blend of collaborative and enriching discussions, we’ll practice ways to help you manage stress, reduce anxiety, and improve mental clarity. We’ll foster an environment for you to process emotions effectively, helping you find balance and emotional tranquility, enriching your overall mental and emotional wellness.
On the final day, we will pivot towards reinforcing your physical wellness. You’ll be challenged to harness the strength and flexibility within you through yoga and strength practices tailored for men. You’ll learn about body alignment and correct posture through detailed feedback. You’ll learn how to take care of your body for years to come, how to stay consistent and accountable to your goals. We’ll aim to leave you feeling rejuvenated, physically fit, and poised to integrate these wellness practices into your daily life.
This is not a seated seminar. Our Guest Speakers are the best in their respective fields and are prepared to engage you in every event. You’ll get the chance to shape the dialogue of each discussion with your own experiences, while taking part in deep group discussion.
Every night, we’ll gather together to reveal breakthroughs we learned from our earlier chats and dive deeper into our development and share our stories.
