This weekend is about instruction and improvement. It’s about getting better. Whether you’re just getting back into yoga, or you’ve been consistently doing Man Flow Yoga for years, you’ll feel welcome at these events.
Get hands-on help to fine-tune your poses, use modifications that work for your body, and feel what proper technique is supposed to be like. You’ll get real-time feedback to build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat.
If you’re struggling to stay consistent, we’ll show you simple ways to get motivated, stay disciplined, and make workouts a regular part of your routine. You’ll leave with strategies that actually work to keep you on track.
This is for fitness between the ears. Learn how to use mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, and self-reflection to understand how you create a mindset that enables you to be successful with your fitness.
Jesse specializes in helping Big & Tall guys get the most out of their yoga practice. With a focus on technique, tailored modifications, and real-time feedback, he’ll help you feel more comfortable and confident in every pose. Plus, you’ll have time to ask questions and get personalized tips in his Q&A sessions.
Patrick is here to help you find your motivation and build consistency. He’ll show you how to overcome obstacles, set realistic goals, and celebrate your progress along the way. With his guidance, staying on track with your fitness and mindset will feel easier—and way more rewarding.

The Man Flow Yoga Weekend Workshop is the perfect opportunity to jumpstart or dramatically improve your yoga practice and journey towards total wellness. You’ll experience two workshops per day. Go at your own pace!
Dean Pohlman is an E-RYT 200 certified yoga instructor and the founder of Man Flow Yoga. Dean is widely considered to be an authority on Yoga for Men. He has worked with physical therapists to create yoga programs for back health and spinal recovery. His workouts and programs have been used by professional and collegiate athletes, athletic trainers, and personal trainers; and have been recommended by physical therapists, doctors, chiropractors, and other medical professionals.
The Man Flow Yoga Wellness Weekend is a two-day transformative series of
workshops, strategy sessions, and small group discussions. Join Dean, the MFY
coaches, and the MFY community on Saturday and Sunday for a series of
transformative yoga sessions and mindful movement.
For the cost of just a couple of private sessions, you get eight hours of expert yoga training focusing on core strength, hip mobility, balance, and upper body. This efficient approach includes personalized coaching that you’d typically need several classes to receive. By joining this weekend workshop, you’re not only saving money but also getting direct, practical guidance to quickly boost your skills.
YES! The primary goal of this weekend is to improve your technique with in-person instruction and feedback. We have a wide range of attendees for these events. Some have not ever done yoga, some haven’t done it for years. But what unites us is the desire to get better. I promise you will feel safe and accepted, whatever your yoga or fitness level.
The Man Flow Yoga Wellness Weekend is priced at $397. This includes access to all sessions.

If you are visiting from out of town for the event, we recommend arriving on Friday evening. We will likely organize an informal meet and greet for anybody who is there, and all are welcome to attend. Our first session begins at 9am. Plan to arrive with enough time before to get checked in and set up.
Septmebr weather in Arlington can vary anywhere from 62-80 degrees F. Keep an eye on the weather before you pack.
We suggest wearing anything you feel comfortable doing yoga in. For some, this might look like yoga pants and t-shirts. For others, it’s casual everyday clothes. Whatever makes you comfortable and is flexible enough to train in. You’ll likely break a sweat, so be prepared for that!
Yoga equipment will not be provided. Be sure to bring your super cool Man Flow Yoga cork yoga mat and blocks, straps, and bolsters if you have them.
There are no official events outside of the schedule, but we will help connect you with other attendees prior to the event, and anybody who wants to will be able to attend off-site group events for dinners or breakfasts.
There are plenty of hotels in the area, some within walking distance of the studio.
If you are flying in, We recommend renting a car or using Uber or Lyft. Depending on the hotel you choose, some are within walking distance to the studio.

You can expect two dedicated yoga sessions per day, presentations on motivation and nutrition, open Q&A and group discussions with the coaches, and time to break and rest. These sessions will be focused on growing in your practice, learning new techniques, and guiding you through good form and mobility.
