When people ask me what I do, I often tell them to grab a seat, because I don’t have your typical 9 to 5 career.

I work full time as a Marketing Director at a nation-wide food processing equipment design and manufacturing firm during the day. In the evenings and weekends, I switch to my role as Founder and President of an international nonprofit that operates in the United States and the Czech Republic called Ignite, run my own blog, and recently started my own marketing agency called Reach36 where I help start ups, businesses, nonprofits, and missionaries grow – you know, because I don’t have enough to do.

Those different roles keep me pretty busy, leaving me little time for complex workout programs that require hours in the gym. That’s one of the benefits I like about Man Flow Yoga – the workouts fit into my busy lifestyle and can be done anywhere.

I stumbled across Man Flow Yoga on accident. I had seen a number of handstand and complex pose videos and pictures on Instagram and decided I wanted to learn how to do that. I started searching YouTube late one night and found one of Dean’s videos. I liked his no-nonsense approach to yoga, focusing on mobility and strength and ditching the chanting side of it.

I’ve dealt with a case of chronic fatigue for years, where any amount of sustained, strenuous activity would have me laid out for weeks, making working out consistently nearly impossible. Following the Man Flow Yoga videos changed that. I am able to consistently work out, even adding lifting back into my routine, and have yet to experience the chronic fatigue set in. MFY has helped me build a stronger base to be more active again.

Beyond pitching in as a Manbassador, I also help on the marketing side of Man Flow Yoga – writing some emails and offering my expertise to help grow the brand. I’m excited to be a part of this community and help you discover the benefits of Man Flow Yoga for yourself.
