Hello World, Samuel Smith here. I am 24 years old living in Severna Park, Maryland. Currently I am a Personal Trainer and Lacrosse Coach. In my downtime hiking, weight-lifting, and yoga are done often, as well as adventures with my lovely Girlfriend Olivia and companion German Short-haired Pointer (dog) Cosmo.
I came across Man Flow Yoga via social media and immediately became intrigued by Dean’s methods. Growing up playing Lacrosse and Soccer, staying active takes its toll on our bodies. One aspect I had fallen short of was a strength-oriented yoga routine. That is exactly what Dean delivered through Man Flow Yoga. Whether you find yourself at a desk all day long, or work a very active job, this yoga is for you. The biggest game changer was immediately after my first Man Flow Yoga workout; stretched and loose, yet fatigued and dripping sweat.
I am very passionate towards building confidence through exercise. Every day you workout is a new day to prove to yourself that you can do something you weren’t able to do yesterday. This, to me, is truly one-of-a-kind. There are many steps to character development, and in my opinion fitness can play a huge role in building confidence at any age or ability.
The sky is the limit!
