Personal Training with Dean takes a significant amount of my time. In addition to our calls, I’m also monitoring your workouts to keep you held accountable, regularly updating your plan, reviewing video submissions, and responding to your emails. Personal Training with Dean is a separate cost from your membership to the Man Flow Yoga Members’ Area. The first month of the program costs $299, which includes the in-depth introductory assessment. Every month after that is $249. There is no required monthly commitment, and you are able to cancel at anytime.
