This weekend is about more than just doing yoga. It’s about learning how to use it to improve your body, your mindset, and your long term health. It’s about self-growth, connection, and humility.
Refine your technique with personalized form corrections and smart modifications tailored to your body. Under the guidance of Dean and our expert instructors, you’ll receive hands-on adjustments to overcome stiffness or pain with total confidence.
Beyond the physical, we’ll dive into the habits and discipline needed for lasting wellness. This is your chance to identify what’s holding you back, gain clarity on consistency, and leave with a clear plan for real, sustainable progress.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve been doing Man Flow Yoga for years, you’ll feel supported, challenged, and right at home. (Yes, that means you, guys who haven’t been to one of these types of events before.)
I look forward to seeing you there! RSVP today to reserve your spot – limited sign-ups available.
Get your technique personally reviewed by Dean. He’ll watch you move, assess your form, and give you real time feedback so you know exactly what to adjust and how to improve. This is hands-on coaching, not just following along. You’ll feel what proper technique is supposed to be like, learn the right modifications for your body, and walk away stronger, more flexible, and more confident in your practice.
You’ll learn which postures and exercises are most effective for your specific fitness goals and challenges. We’ll show you how to perform them correctly, how often to do them for the best results, and what to prioritize if you’re dealing with knee pain, back pain, tightness, or limited mobility. You’ll leave with clear, practical guidance on exactly what to focus on so you can be more successful and efficient with your fitness
This is for fitness between the ears. Learn how to use mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, and self-reflection to understand how you create a mindset that enables you to be successful with your fitness.

This is also an opportunity to connect with other men in the Man Flow Yoga community. Real guys who are facing many of the same challenges and struggles in their fitness and in their lives. It’s a unique chance to come together in person with men in similar situations, share experiences, gain support, and find real solutions. You’ll leave not just with progress in your practice, but with a support system you can rely on for months and years to come.
Get ready for two days of hands-on learning, personalized guidance, and meaningful conversations designed to help you take your fitness to the next level.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll focus on identifying what your body needs most, learning the right modifications for you, and building a clear path toward your fitness goals.
Go beyond following along with workouts. Get hands-on instruction, personalized feedback, and learn the small adjustments that can make a huge difference in your strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
Connect with other guys, work through the mental roadblocks holding you back, and explore practical strategies for building consistency, overcoming challenges, and making lasting improvements.
We’ll take a break to refuel, relax, and connect with the community. Lunch is included, and we’ll reach out before the event to collect any dietary restrictions.
You’ll leave the weekend with a better understanding of your body, a clearer idea of what to work on, and the confidence to keep making progress long after the event ends.
A more detailed schedule will be shared with attendees closer to the event.
Lunch will be provided on both days of the event, so you don’t have to worry about leaving to find food or planning ahead. This gives you time to relax, refuel, and continue conversations with other members of the Man Flow Yoga community. Meals will be balanced and nourishing to support your training, recovery, and overall wellness. It’s built into the schedule so you can stay focused on the experience, connect with the group, and make the most of your weekend. We’ll send out a menu ahead of time so you can choose a dish that works for you, and we’ll be able to handle most dietary restrictions (paleo, vegan, etc).
