Kick off the summer with an energizing weekend focused on functional strength, deep mobility work, and practical breath training. You’ll get hands-on instruction, tailored feedback, and access to exclusive routines designed to accelerate your progress.
Bring the heat to your summer training with this two-day immersive workshop in the heart of Chicago. This weekend is ideal for anyone looking to rebuild movement patterns, fix nagging imbalances, or simply move and feel better.
Join Dean at this flagship event hosted by the Fit Father Project, where he’ll be leading yoga sessions, giving talks, and hosting a wellness booth. This is your chance to train with Dean in a larger setting surrounded by other health-driven men.
