32-Minute Slow Flow

A slow-moving, 32-minute yoga flow to build strength and mobility.

This is a great workout to challenge your endurance, improve your mobility, and work up a nice sweat. Minimal instruction to allow you to focus without distractions; with long holds to give you the time you need to make adjustments and work deeper into the poses. Targets your hamstrings, adductors, hip flexors, glutes, core, spine, and back. Full body, full flow. Enjoy!

A fantastic, intense 29-minute workout that hits every muscle in your body.

We cover everything in this workout, including hips, shoulders, core, and chest, as well as twists, bends, openings, lunges, and squats. No breaks, and no easy stuff. You’ll be sure to finish this workout sweating and with a triumphant smile on your face.


Twists, Planks, Core, & More

An incredibly effective 33-minute workout to work every part of your core.

Increase core and hip activation while practicing basic exercises in new ways. The focus today is on slow, controlled movement. As always, be MINDFUL of movement. If you’re familiar with the exercises in this workout, try to do them in new ways. Learn something new about your body. When doing twists, focus on pulling your belly button to spine and building core strength through twisting. Enjoy!
