Welcome to the Guyoga Challenge!

The Challenge starts soon, and I want to make sure you have everything you need well before then. Here’s a list of what you’ll need:

  1. The Guyoga Workouts (also known as Yoga Boost)
  2. A yoga mat, block, and strap
  3. A reason for doing the Challenge (seriously)

Getting the workouts and the equipment is easy, but figuring out your why for the Challenge might take some digging.
