The Breath Series

The Breath Series 28-Day Challenge is all about the power of your BREATH. You’ll need to choose how often you want to receive emails (frequency).

This Program has 7 workouts and the emails will lead you through 4 Full cycles (30 workouts).

You can receive 3, 5, or 7 Emails per week (7 Days).

For example, if you choose a Monday Start date and a 3 Day Frequency, you would receive emails on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
