We work together to create a completely customized fitness plan that addresses your specific needs, with hand-picked workouts based on your goals and availability, coaching to help you work through questions, concerns, and overcome personal challenges, and regular assignments to help you work on your areas of opportunity.

My 1 on 1 coaching starts with fitness, but quickly goes into holistic wellness. So in addition to discussing workouts, we’ll also go into nutrition, sleep, stress management, and even your thoughts and beliefs about yourself and fitness.
