Who is 1 on 1 Coaching for?

Man Flow Yoga has been around since 2013. We know our community very well – as well as their struggles. Here’s who 1 on 1 coaching was designed for (and don’t be surprised if you find yourself identifying with more than one of the below!)

Guys unsure they’re doing the appropriate workouts for them, who are interested in knowing the yoga programs and workouts best suited toward their goals, as well as feedback on technique to help them improve their performance in the yoga postures

Men who feel stuck mentally, who lack motivation for exercise and better health, and can’t seem to stick with a workout program

Active guys combining yoga with other workouts like resistance training, who have body composition goals to add muscle, lose a bit of weight, and just ‘tone up’; also interested in specific nutritional guidance to complement their goals

Guys struggling to lose weight, who haven’t been successful with their fitness in the past, and need accountability and coaching to help change their behaviors, as well as their mindset

Coach Josh, NASM - Strength, Nutrition & Body Composition

Want to feel stronger, lose fat, and finally know what to do to see real results? Coach Josh, a longtime Man Flow Yoga member and certified personal trainer, is here to guide you—step by step.

  • Build lean muscle and lose fat—even if you’ve never lifted weights before

  • Create a simple, doable strength training plan based on your experience and goals

  • Understand what to eat (and what to avoid) to support your progress

  • Combine yoga, strength training, and other workouts into a weekly routine that works for you

  • Use safe, proper form to avoid injury and feel confident in every workout

Josh has over a decade of experience helping people build strength, improve mobility, and eat better in a way that fits their lifestyle. His approach is simple, supportive, and beginner-friendly.
