The Man Flow Yoga 12-Week Group Coaching & Accountability Program is your proven path to building healthy habits, staying consistent, and building a foundation for lasting results — with expert guidance, powerful accountability, and the support of a small group of like-minded men.
By the end of 90 days, you’ll have:

Often retirees or men navigating life changes, these guys are starting over—physically, mentally, or emotionally. They’re focused on rebuilding strength, mobility, and consistency to enjoy a better quality of life.

Every week you’ll join your group for a 60-minute live coaching and accountability session, featuring:
- Progress & accountability check-ins
- Discussion prompts and open Q&A
- Problem-solving for challenges
- Sharing of tips, wins, and strategies
Between calls, you’ll check in with your group via a private chat, follow the workout program, and apply what you learn.

Each group has a Main Coach (Jesse, Patrick, or Josh) and all Coaches are rotating into the other groups, so you can benefit from each coach’s expertise and experience.
Coach Jesse - Yoga, Stress & Overall Wellness
Jesse works with men who want to deepen their practice, reduce stress, and feel more confident in their bodies. Jesse provides accountability and guidance to make sure you’re doing yoga that’s appropriate for your skill level and goals, while also working with you to create a healthier, less stressful, and more active lifestyle.
Coach Patrick, LCPC - Mindset, Motivation & Support
This is for the people who feel stuck with their exercise programs, and likely in other areas of their lives, too. Whether it’s anxiety, low motivation, or a deep sense that something’s holding you back, Patrick McKee’s one-on-one coaching provides the personalized support and expert guidance you need to create real, lasting change.
Coach Josh, NASM - Strength, Nutrition & Body Composition
