What exercises are included in Man Flow Yoga workouts?
The purpose of this blog is to explain the differences between a Man Flow Yoga workout and a traditional yoga session. Man Flow Yoga includes much more than just yoga postures. We also modify the yoga postures to better suit men, who are typically less flexible and don’t have as much yoga experience as yogis or yoga instructors.
