Join me in Austin, Texas for The Better You Weekend, an all-inclusive 3-day health & wellness event hosted at the Man Flow Yoga HQ to help give you the information, strategies, and motivation you need to live a healthier lifestyle.

During this 3-day event, we’ll also:
- learn & practice Man Flow Yoga (of course!)
- experience the best of Austin (nature, food, and more)
- work with guest instructors on breathing, strength training & more
Who is this for?
- Guys who want to learn how they can incorporate Man Flow Yoga into their fitness routines, to improve their functional strength, build flexibility, and be physically capable of doing what they want to do – for as long as possible!
- Guys who are tired of not being consistent with their fitness; who want to create a program for themselves that will last, and understand the habits that go into living a healthy lifestyle that lasts
- Guys who are doing well professionally, but have let other things get in the way of their personal lives & dedication to fitness
- Guys who want to hang out with me 1-on-1, understand the mindset and the philosophy behind Man Flow Yoga, and why it’s been so helpful for guys who want to change their lives through the power of fitness and better habits
What topics are covered?
Dean will lead the majority of the seminars, including:
- Develop your “why”; your motivation for working out & being healthy
- Get rid of bad habits and replace them with healthy habits
- Hold yourself accountable, be consistent with your workouts, and get results that last.
- Manage your stress [with activities you actually enjoy]
We’ll also be bringing in experts in other areas, including:
- Strength Training
- And more… (to be determined!)
Experiencing Austin & Dean’s favorite fitness activities:
- Take a dip in the cool, clear spring waters of Barton Springs
- Do yoga in the park
- Hike the Austin greenbelt
- Enjoy healthy (and not-so-healthy) meals at local Austin restaurants
This is an all-inclusive event. When you get here, we don’t want you to worry about anything. That’s why all yoga workouts, events, seminars, in-city transportation, and meals (excluding alcohol) are included in the cost of the trip. Everything except hotel costs is covered in your registration.
The Be The Better You Weekend start at 1PM on Friday, February 28th, and goes through Sunday, March 1st at 1PM. We’ve got events and meals planned from sun up to sundown (and beyond), so don’t worry about making other plans during this time. (You are welcome to arrive early or stay past Sunday if you’d like to experience more of Austin though!)

We’ve arranged a hotel bloc with special pricing at the East Austin Hotel for the weekend. For the sake of group camaraderie and logistics, I request that all participants stay here for the weekend.

Do I need to bring equipment?
We will have blocks, straps, and yoga mats for you. (You can borrow a loaner, or purchase a Man Flow Yoga cork yoga mat if you don’t have one yet. We’ll also ship it back home for you at no additional cost!)
Will there be food options for vegans or vegetarians / those with specific food preferences?
Yes, we will have food options for you.

Can you tell me what the hotel rate is? I have to check that and air fares to see if this is within my budget.
