The Be The Better You Weekend begins on Friday, October 25 at 1PM, and concludes on Sunday, Oct 27 at 1PM.
(This should give you enough time to arrive in Austin on Friday morning, and then get back home in time for the beginning of the next week.)

Logistics:

This is an all-inclusive event. When you get here, we don’t want you to worry about anything. That’s why all yoga workouts, events, seminars, in-city transportation, and meals (excluding alcohol) are included in the cost of the trip.

Lodging and Event Transportation:

Hyatt Regency Austin

We’ve arranged a special priced hotel bloc at the Hyatt Regency Austin, a fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown Austin, for $249/night. (Market price for a 4-star downtown hotel is currently in the $300+ range.)

Transportation for all Be The Better Weekend events is provided to and from The Hyatt Regency. For the sake of building community and the social aspect of this weekend, you are strongly encouraged to stay at the Hyatt Regency, but you are welcome to stay elsewhere if you prefer to do so.

Will there be food options for vegans or vegetarians / those with specific food preferences?

Yes, we will have food options for you.

Are women allowed?

Yes!

Is there a minimum number of sign-ups required for this event to move forward?

We’ve never done something like this before, and even though we’re confident this event will fill up, we don’t know for sure. When we reach our minimum number of participants, I will contact sign-ups and inform them that the event is a go. If we do not hit the required minimum by Monday, August 19th, all Members who signed up will be promptly issued a complete refund.
