Flow Session 10

A vinyasa from Man Flow Yoga. This session features standing and supine sections, with a lot of back strengtheners and some core work. Also featured is a rotating series facing in all directions of the mat involving Warrior 1, Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle Pose, Warrior 2, and more!
