Members Highlights help us share the successes of our Members in the Man Flow Yoga Community, so you can share your story, inspire others to reach their own goals, and help us focus on what Man Flow Yoga is REALLY about – YOU!
The idea behind Member Highlights is simple – sharing the success of the Members of the Man Flow Yoga Community in video format. As long as you’ve been a Member for a month, have done the workouts consistently, and have some improvements to describe, all you’ll need to do to participate is join us on a brief video call, answer prepared questions, and then we’ll share your story!

We started developing this process back in December 2021, and after a lot of thought, work, and a few test runs, the entire team and I are looking forward to hearing from as many of you as we can!
Every week, we’ll be releasing a new clip with featured responses and impactful statements, ones that showcase your positive experiences with Man Flow Yoga, and ultimately, helping to inspire the Members of our community (and beyond) to stick with Man Flow Yoga and work toward their fitness goals.

How it Works:
This is a video call during which you will be asked a series of prepared questions. These questions have been specifically chosen to help us learn the most impactful aspects of your experience with Man Flow Yoga, including the results you’ve experienced, what you like about Man Flow Yoga, why you signed up for Man Flow Yoga, and more.
Signing up is simple. Choose a time that works for you, answer a very short questionnaire, and then review the questions before your scheduled call. The call should take no more than 15-20 minutes.
There are a few requirements. We ask that you:
- Have been a Member for at least 1 month.
- Currently or have at one point consistently used the workouts.
- Are able to describe improvements noticed as a result of following Man Flow Yoga programs / workouts.
- Able and willing to join us on a recorded video call (can also be done on a smartphone) to discuss your Man Flow Yoga experience.
- Willing to sign a waiver release so that we can share your story on our website, social media, and in advertisements.
All of the questions and everything you need to know about the call will be emailed to you as soon as you sign up. Aside from a few other minor details, that’s it!!

Are you a good fit for these?
There’s a common misconception that the only type of success story worth sharing is the one where somebody loses a ton of weight and now looks like they belong on the cover of a magazine. While this is certainly commendable, it’s not the only type of success story.
Many guys in Man Flow Yoga:
- Are in their 40s to 60s. We even have guys in their 70s and 80s doing Man Flow Yoga and seeing success!
- Go through phases of being really consistent with their workouts, and then not being very consistent.
- Have had difficulty with other workout programs in the past, and probably wouldn’t consider themselves the most fit person in the room.
The point is, these Member Highlights aren’t just about people who are thriving with fitness. We want to hear about the people who are making improvements – even if you might not think it’s a big deal compared to somebody else, it’s a big deal to YOU! And that’s important, and worth sharing.
Not feeling comfortable in yoga classes before, but you now can follow along to most or all of a yoga workout with Man Flow Yoga, and you feel more confident about your fitness? That’s a success story we want to hear about.
Tried out other yoga classes, but couldn’t find an approach that resonated with you, and now you found Man Flow Yoga and have been consistently working out for a month or more? That’s a success story.
Using Man Flow Yoga to get better at your other workouts, and you’re noticing your body doesn’t feel as beat up anymore? That’s a success story.

Here’s a list with some examples of the types of success stories we’d love to hear:
- Noticing improvements in overall physical fitness.
- Feeling stronger in your other workouts.
- Getting rid of aches and pains.
- Not feeling as sore.
- More confident in your overall fitness.
- Having improved functional fitness for day to day tasks.
- Being able to keep up with kids and grandkids more easily.
This isn’t an exhaustive list of success stories, but you get the point. A success story doesn’t have to be a total transformation in order to be successful.
If you’ve improved your life, if you’ve improved your fitness, or even if you just feel more confident about your fitness, and Man Flow Yoga was able to be part of that, we want to hear about it.
