Flow Session 9

I need better titles! Here is a nice flow with a nice dynamic warm-up, back strengthening series, standing bow pose and full bow pose on your stomach, eagle pose, and inversions. I apologize for the sound issues, but they shouldn’t be so much of a nuisance that you can’t follow what’s going on and do the session properly. Enjoy!

Flow Session 8

Flow session! I did the voice over separate from the session, so sound should be much better. I incorporated a lot of push-ups into the session today to help with core and upper body strength.
