Excellent instruction with solid customer service! I have had this app and membership for years now. The number of classes available will allow you to have the workout you need to matter what – injury, age, skill level. Deans instructions really guide you through every movement. I’m never left guessing what I should be doing. New classes are released consistently. Whenever Ive had a question, I get excellent responses and assistance quickly. Overall, amazing program!
