I found MFY on YouTube, did it for 2 weeks and loved it. Signed up and have done it daily for 3 years. Instruction is excellent, designed for men’s flexibility, perfect for beginners or more advanced. Workouts of every ability level, intensity, and length. Customer service is Excellent. Price is quite affordable. Great value. The FB group and MFY app communities are awesome support and camaraderie for men. Love my MFY!
