This is a quick recovery flow focused on relieving soreness and speeding up recovery in your lower-body, to help reduce stiffness in your lower-back from tight hip muscles, and a workout to increase flexibility in your hips. This workout starts with dynamic yoga postures to warm-up and work deeper into your mobility, and then finishes with longer, restorative stretches to relieve tension, release tightness, and help you get back to your fitness activity of choice more quickly with less soreness. You’ll need a yoga mat, a pad for knees, and maybe a block (optional) for this workout.
