Beginner’s Yoga Workout for Men: Strength & Balance
Not all yoga is the same. If you’ve ever been to a yoga class, you might find that the workout isn’t structured for men. That’s why I’ve created a yoga program specifically designed for men who are beginners to yoga. We focus on strength, mobility, and holding poses for longer to build muscle. Of course, flexibility is a factor but it’s not the primary focus. Follow along with my beginner orientated yoga workout for men and experience it for yourself.

Part 2 of the Rhone Beginner’s Series – Strength & Balance.
Build the strength and balance you don’t get in typical workouts with this strength-focused yoga routine. In particular we’ll focus on building strength in end range of motion, to strengthen joints, prevent injury, and improve performance. You’ll also practice balancing postures, which, in addition to improving balance, also improve muscle activation, joint stability, and isometric strength.

This program sounds absolutely fantastic! Just what I’m looking for. I have my own meditation and spiritual practices! I want yoga for 100% fitness and for men! Tony Horton got me hooked on yoga, but he’s too much for me right now. I just know the practice works great for your body. Right now, I’m completing a 90 day other fitness program, but then I want to do a good balance program. I walk horribly and in doing this fitness program, I understand why. I was in a wreck 20 years ago and still favor my right hip. It’s extremely weak, and kicks my ass while working out. In the end of September, I would love to start some kind of balance workout for the very uncoordinated. If you already have a good balance program, or could send me in the right direction, that would be fantastic!
We actually have dozens of programs in our Member’s Area, many of which can help you focus on your balance. We have a new 6 week Strength Foundations Challenge that starts every Monday that would be a great place for you to start. It comes with full access to our Member’s Area for 7 weeks and only costs $9:
