Part 2 of the Rhone Beginner’s Series – Strength & Balance.
Build the strength and balance you don’t get in typical workouts with this strength-focused yoga routine. In particular we’ll focus on building strength in end range of motion, to strengthen joints, prevent injury, and improve performance. You’ll also practice balancing postures, which, in addition to improving balance, also improve muscle activation, joint stability, and isometric strength.
