Man Flow Yoga is launching a brand-new Members’ Area and APP on Monday, June 7! To help launch the new app, we’ll also be hosting a giveaway with 130+ winners!

Why Are We Making A New App & Members’ Area?

We know you’ve wanted an app for years, but we wanted to do right. After carefully researching app solutions for years, we found the right one, and we’re proud to launch it with the Man Flow Yoga brand behind it!

We also used this opportunity to completely revamp the existing content of the Members’ Area, so in addition to a brand-new app and website, we’ve also made significant improvements to the workouts, programs, and overall experience of the Members’ Area!

IT’S AN APP!!

App for all major platforms: The Man Flow yoga App is available on all major platforms, including iOS, Android, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, and soon-to-be Roku. (iOS and Android go live first, other platforms to follow.)

Offline Access included for ALL Members: Use your smartphone or tablet to download the workouts and use them whenever, wherever, and use them when you’re traveling and don’t have internet access.
New features: Accountability & planning features, improved casting, streaming, & more!

Significant Improvements to Existing Content

• Email Accountability Series for EVERY Program – Receive a motivational email every day you have a scheduled workout, including details on your workouts, a motivational message, and helpful additional information.
• Updated Programs – Programs have all been updated for 2021, including newer workouts, a 3-5 minute introductory video for each program, and printable tracking sheets to help you track your progress.
• NEW Program: Beginner’s FUNdamentals – a 6-week program to make it easy for you to get started with Man Flow Yoga.
• Improved search – search for all content from ONE place, using a simplified search filter system to help you quickly find what you need.

Note: All workouts, tutorials, wellness videos, and other video content will continue to have closed captioning.

Other Additions

There’s much more that we won’t list here for the sake of brevity, but we’ve also:

• Updated programs names
• Reorganized programs to include newer workouts and give the programs more overall consistency
• Simplified the search categories and filters
• Updated filters for all workouts
