- 6-week challenge with 5 beginner-friendly workouts per week, ~30 minutes per day
- More intense workouts on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday; medium-intensity workouts on Tuesday & Thursday; a shorter Friday workout so you can start the weekend sooner

The world is opening back up, the weather is heating up, and we all want to be confident when the shirts come off and the swim trunks come out!
Join me for a 6-Week Challenge with on-demand yoga workouts, which you can now watch through our brand-new APP & Members’ Area!! Available on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Amazon FireTV, and any current [mobile] browser.
The workouts are beginner-friendly and made for guys who might not be as flexible and experienced as yogis, but they are challenging! The goal of Summer Performance Fit 30 is to push you to grow stronger, increase your overall mobility, and become more confident with your body – in terms of how you look, move, AND feel.
Each workout is about 30 minutes per day, and workouts are scheduled every weekday from Monday through Friday. There are no scheduled workouts on the weekend, but you’re encouraged to use this time to make up missed workouts OR add additional ones as desired.
On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you’ll have a more intense workout (an average intensity rating of 4 out of 5); and on Tuesday, and Thursday, you’ll have a more moderately intense workout (an average intensity rating of 3 out of 5). This gives your body a chance to recover on Tuesday and Thursday, so you can really push yourself during the more intense workouts!
Lastly, because it’s summer, we know you’ve probably got weekend plans and might not be thinking about fitness, so we’ve given you a slightly shorter workout for Fridays (usually around 20 minutes) so you can finish your workout and go have some [more] fun!

Our YouTube channel only offers a small sampling of our complete workout library, which is exclusively available through the Man Flow Yoga Members’ Area & App. This is also where you’ll find structured programs with workout schedules, an organized workout library, tutorials, Member Questions, and much more!
Accountability Emails & More
Every morning of a scheduled workout for the challenge, you’ll receive an email giving you details on the workout for the day and a link to easily click and open your workout for the day. (You can also use our new and improved accountability features on our app or website to help remind you to do your workouts!)
When you join, you’ll also gain entry into the private Man Flow Yoga Community on Facebook, an amazing community of men (and women!) interested in improving their overall fitness, sharing their stories, and having fun. This is a fantastic resource for motivation, accountability, and for getting your questions answered. You can also read about experiences from other guys in similar situations, which is SO helpful for sticking with a program and being consistent.

There is no option to sign up for the Challenge exclusively, but our membership plans are flexible and you can cancel at any time.
