Announcing Closed Captioned Yoga Workouts!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve begun the process of adding closed captions to all of our workouts! I understand that not everyone is of able-hearing, so I’m personally very happy that we will be offering closed-captioned yoga workouts for our deaf or hard-of-hearing members!

Are The Workouts Changing with Closed Captioning?

No, I’m still offering the same high-quality workouts with clear instructions for muscle engagement, what you should be feeling, and breathwork.  I know it’s not always easy to understand what I’m saying especially through challenging sections of the workout, where I’m breathing hard and you’re also probably gasping for breath. This is where I’m hoping the closed-captions can help the hearing community also.

Which Programs Are Closed Captioned?

So far, we have closed-captioning for our Strength Foundations Course and Beyond Strength Foundations programs, in addition to several selections from the Workout Library. We will be adding closed-captioning to workouts, starting with our most popular workouts, and then moving on down until all workouts have closed captioning.

How Can I Find Closed Captioned Videos?

We’ve made it as easy as possible for you and added a filter to the Members’ Area Workout Library for CC’ed videos. Just click the box and you’ll find all the closed-captioned workouts.

How Do I Turn On Closed Captions?

If you’re watching a closed-captioned video and want to toggle them on or off, it’s super easy. Just look at the bottom right of the video, click on CC, and select which option you’d like.
