In Week 6 we have a very simple task – evaluate and revise your plan. In Week 5 we discussed the importance of tracking your progress in the form of a wellness log. You’ll recall that your wellness log is a written journal that tracks your wellness habits in our 4 critical wellness areas – exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management.
