This is a 20-minute video that goes in-depth providing instruction for how to properly use a foam roller for deep tissue massage on the front and outside of your eyes and your calves. It also incorporates a deep IT (illiotibial) band stretch using a strap (supine leg cross). Try it out in the morning when you wake up, after a workout, or before bed. Enjoy!
