Announcing our next Challenge – The Strength Foundations Challenge!

Starting Monday, I’ll be leading a 6-Week Challenge combining two of our most popular workout programs – the Strength Foundations Course, and the brand-new Strength Foundations Workout Series.

Follow along to on-demand workouts on your phone, tablet, computer, or smart TV. These workouts can be conveniently done at home with minimal equipment (we recommend you have a yoga mat, block, and strap, but you can easily complete the challenge with a towel, a belt, and other household items).

The Strength Foundations Challenge is a beginner-friendly program that’s ideal for anybody who wants to significantly improve their fitness and get noticeable improvements in a relatively short amount of time.

Strength Foundations is a unique combination of yoga postures, isometric exercises, and bodyweight exercises that helps to dramatically improve your strength, mobility, and your overall fitness. It’s a program made to address common weaknesses, prevent injury, and help take your fitness to the next level. It’s no-impact, joint-friendly, and ideal for a variety of fitness goals.

What’s a Challenge?

Challenges are community-led workout programs. Every week day, you’ll have a daily workout to complete, and you’ll receive an email every morning to help hold you accountable and keep you motivated. You’ll be inspired knowing that the entire Man Flow Yoga Community – thousands of people all over the world – will also be doing these workouts at the same time as you.
