I’m making this video to show you how to use the Vyper vibrating foam roller, because I am incredibly impressed with this tool. Not only does it dramatically improve the effectiveness of foam rolling, but it also makes it take less than one-third of the time it usually takes me. Here is the exact routine I use to target my entire body with the Vyper from Hyperice.
