Yoga for Anxiety, Stress Relief, Muscle Relaxation, and Better Sleep

This workout is a 43-minute PM routine for reducing anxiety, relieving stress and muscle tension, lowering blood pressure, and getting better sleep.

You can use this workout to wind down before bed or as a recovery workout. So grab your mat, a strap, and 2 yoga blocks and join me – your body will thank you!

Why are we sharing this with you for free? A few reasons:

  1. We needed to record test versions anyways, so why not share them?

  1. Amazing video and very helpful as well. I would like to perform some the poses as I have been practicing few yoga poses to reduce my stress. Keep posting such useful videos.
