Cincinnati Workshop – Saturday, August 13, 2016

I’ll be in Cincinnati to conduct a workshop at Florence Strength & Conditioning on Saturday, August 13 at 12:00 PM. This 90-minute workshop focuses on yoga for strength training. Read on for more details and to sign up!

This workshop is ideal if you would like to:

  • increase your shoulder range of motion
  • increase core strength
  • improve your balance
  • improve your hip and ankle mobility for better squats and deadlifts
  • strengthen your spine
  • reduce your risk of injury
  • reduce lower back pain

We’ll also cover:

  • the best exercises for warming up
  • the best exercises to cool-down

This Man Flow Yoga workshop focuses on how you can use yoga to address the gaps your traditional strength training program does not cover. Balance, core strength, flexibility, and mobility improve your strength, body control, and speed up your body’s recovery process. This workshop covers yoga postures to fill these gaps and help you get better at strength training. This workshop also teaches you how you can effectively integrate yoga into your existing fitness routine, to use as a warm-up, a cool-down, and a standalone workout. If you’re not new to yoga, this workout will focus on you can get the most out of your yoga workout, including an in-depth look at technique to ensure you are developing proper movement patterns, strengthening your core, protecting your spine, and getting better at everything else you physically do. If you’re not new to yoga, this workshop will focus on improving technique, including the subtle changes that you often don’t notice in traditional yoga classes.

This workshop is designed for all levels! That includes beginners new to yoga, and people who have been doing yoga for years.

Space is only reserved to those who sign up ahead of time, so sign up now to reserve your spot!

Dean, when is your next workshop in Texas? I live in Houston and would love to attend one of your workshops.

    1. I haven’t done one in Texas in a while. Nothing on the calendar yet, Anthony. Stick to the emails and you’ll hear about the next one. 🙂
