This is a tutorial to show you the best mobility exercises to improve mobility in your shoulders upper-back, and neck area. The goal is to release restricted muscle and eliminate muscle knots, using a variety of self-myofascial release techniques and tools. The tools we use are listed below. Please note that you do not need EVERY tool in order to practice self-myofascial release. I’ve just showed you the tools that I personally use and recommend. If you had to use just 2 for the exercises in this video, I would recommend a Medium Firm KnotOut and a lacrosse ball.
