Upper Body Burn
This is a challenging workout focused on building your upper body strength. Expect your arms, chest, and shoulders to be burning by the end of it. It’s great for building general upper-body strength, particularly in your chest and shoulders, but is also very effective for developing the strength for advanced arm balances like crow pose, forearm stand, and more.
