How Man Flow Yoga Helped Steve Hike Longer - Without Getting Sore or Winded (Member Highlight: Steve T.)

How Man Flow Yoga Helped Steve Hike Longer – Without Getting Sore or Winded (Member Highlight: Steve T.)

Steve joined Man Flow Yoga over 3 years ago. Today, even though he’s nearing 60 years old, he says he’s never felt better in his life — a common thread amongst other Man Flow Yoga Members.

Before Man Flow Yoga, the only kind of exercise Steve did was hike. At this stage of his life, he no longer cares about building the perfect body, hitting new PRs in the gym, or being absolutely shredded. Instead, he just wanted to increase his flexibility and mobility, so he could continue hiking well into his 60s.

How Man Flow Yoga Helped Paul Overcome Chronic Back Pain (And Get Off Medications) (Member Highlight: Paul C.)

How Man Flow Yoga Helped Paul Overcome Chronic Back Pain (And Get Off Medications) (Member Highlight: Paul C.)

Paul C. is a 54-year-old Man Flow Yoga Member with an unusual “origin story.” Paul has a chronic neurological health condition, specifically he has a disorder of the peripheral nerve roots in my spine. This condition not only causes chronic and acute pain, but it also causes muscle weakness, weird sensations, and even loss of functioning in different areas along his spine./p>

As I’m sure you can imagine, this made Paul quite limited in which workouts he can safely do. In fact, before discovering Man Flow Yoga, the only exercise Paul could safely do was swimming. But it wasn’t until he discovered Man Flow Yoga that he realized that the Man Flow Yoga style of yoga is actually the ideal workout for his condition, not swimming.

How Man Flow Yoga Helped Mike Conquer Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (Member Highlight: Mike A.)

While nobody wants to break an ankle, Mike’s grateful for it now because it led him to Dean and Man Flow Yoga. After breaking his ankle, Mike needed a way to stay relatively active, and so, he searched YouTube and stumbled upon Man Flow Yoga — the only thing that could improve his mobility, flexibility, and balance as he recovered from his broken ankle. The more Man Flow Yoga routines he did, the more he fell in love with it.

Not only did Man Flow Yoga improve his mobility, flexibility, and balance, but it also helped with a much more systemic and chronic health problem…

How Man Flow Yoga’s “Isometric Yoga” Unlocks More Strength, Balance, and Fluidity – Even if you’re in your 70s (Member Highlight: Richard B.)

Richard, B., a 72-year-old Man Flow Yoga Member joined Man Flow Yoga because he had an anterior pelvic tilt, and his physical therapist recommended yoga. But Richard didn’t start his yoga journey with Man Flow Yoga. Instead, he started with a standard studio yoga class. In fact, he discovered Man Flow Yoga by complete accident.

Richard took a hot yoga class in studio and was sweating like a pig. So he figured he’d buy yoga-specific shorts instead of the basketball shorts he’d been wearing. Well, guess what popped up on Google when he searched for yoga shorts: Man Flow Yoga.

Curious, Richard decided to look more into Man Flow Yoga, and instantly realized it was a completely different type of yoga than he’d done in the studio.

Why Man Flow Yoga Isn’t Anything Like Basic Yoga – Hint: It Will Give You Noticeable Results (Member Highlight: Jason A.)

Jason A., a Man Flow Yoga Member for over 2 years, initially joined Man Flow Yoga because he had body imbalances from years of being a banga—Bollywood’s more intense version of Zumba—fitness instructor. And he wanted to prevent injuring himself.

Like many of our Members, he started with the 7-Day Beginner’s Yoga for Men Challenge, and was instantly hooked. Despite being an active guy before Man Flow Yoga, including having years of yoga experience, Man Flow Yoga proved to be the superior method of working out for Jason.

Why?

Despite our name—and the fact that most of our customers are men—a big misconception about Man Flow Yoga is that it’s only designed for men. While most of our content, courses, and yoga videos are designed with men in mind, we also have several female Members who have gone through life-changing transformations through Man Flow Yoga, like Inger-Marie.

Inger-Marie proves that anyone can improve their strength, mobility, and flexibility from Man Flow Yoga. She’s not the only female Member we have, and she won’t be the last.  In fact, she even spreads the Man Flow Yoga gospel to everyone she knows — both male and female. According to her, if everybody used Man Flow Yoga, she thinks only 10%—at most—of people who suffer from knee pain, back pain, leg pain, or any other kind of bodily pain.
