Man Flow Yoga challenges your body in a safe, low impact, and restorative way. We combine yoga, pilates, and physical therapy exercises to bring all the essential movements back into your body to leave you feeling great for the whole day.

What Are The Workouts Like?

The workouts in the Essentials Challenge are meant to increase your strength, mobility, and flexibility, but not leave you feeling like you’ve fought off a bear.

Instead, these workouts are designed to have you feeling “oooh, that’s nice” as you go from pose to pose. All the workouts are a manageable 25-35 minutes, so you can fit it into your schedule and feel accomplished.

  1. Hey! A very cool idea, especially now during a pandemic when you are constantly sitting at home, this is what you need! For a long time, I want to start studying, but always when this day comes, a million excuses begin, I hope this time will not be so. I want to pull myself together to forget about 2020 and start 2021 perfectly and with the perfect shape! It’s cool that you came up with such a thing for such a price! Thank you very much, this is very relevant!
