The Rest & Recovery workout is a bit different from the other workouts. Unlike the other workouts from the Yoga Basics for Men Workout Series, which are intense and focused, the R&R workout is focused on relaxing your muscles and allowing them to recover. It’s a “workout”, that if you so choose, you could do every day after any workout to help speed up the recovery process, and reduce the level of soreness that you’ll experience following the workout. These are the exercises that I do to keep my body healthy and feeling fresh, despite all the workouts I put it through. They’ll help you too!
